We thought it was time to properly introduce Becca Watson, our full time receptionist who joined us the end of spring. Becca has a lifelong love of horses and she has spent most of her career working in customer service so she is excited to be combining the two in her new role at the Practice. Becca grew up in the Lakes and after leaving school, she went on to complete an advanced apprenticeship in Equine Studies and Business Management. After working at riding schools and livery yards across the Lakes, she went on to improve her customer service skills by spending time working in hospitality. Having now returned to the equine industry she especially enjoys handling horses that come into the practice.
